Stimulating the Male "G-Spot"

Prostate massage, stimulating the male "G-spot", is a little-known technique that can help your man to achieve a powerful orgasm time after time. You may have heard about it before, but here I'll describe exactly how to do it. It's easy. It's an excellent technique for men who find, for whatever reason, difficulty in achieving orgasm or sexual satisfaction by conventional methods.

You'll need latex or similar gloves, some water-based lubricant, some baby wipes, pillows and some towels The skin of the anus and rectum are very delicate. If you have long fingernails, trim them or pad them with a band-aid. Put on latex gloves and lubricate your finger (middle or index) with a water-based lubricant. This is a must as the anus and rectum do not produce any natural lubricant! Your man should be on his back in a relaxed position, hips slightly raised with a towel underneath his bottom. Placing one or two pillows under his hips may help in positioning. Slowly insert your finger into his anus and with steady, gentle pressure push your finger into his rectum. The rectum has a delicate wrinkled lining that can be easily injured; see the illustration below for more about the internal anatomy of the rectum. Give him time to relax, gently moving your finger in and out helps to relax surrounding muscles and prevent spasms or discomfort. Once fully inside him, curl your finger upwards slightly towards his belly and feel for a walnut-sized lump. This is the prostate. Placing your other hand flat on his belly may help in positioning. Stroke or tap it gently for stimulation. Use prostate stimulation in combination with fellatio (oral stimulation of the penis) to give him a powerful orgasm.

When removing your finger from his anus hold the bottom edge of the glove with your other hand and turn it inside out as you pull your finger out. Dispose of the glove. Use a baby wipe to remove any excess lubricant. That's all there is to it.

Cross Sectional View of the anus and rectum
The above illustration shows internal details of the anus and rectum.
(A) anus (opening) (R) rectum (S) sphincter muscle of anus (M) mucosa lining (L) muscular lining.
Also shown but not labelled are the three rectal valves. The first valve is located approximately 5cm in from the sphincter, the second about 9cm from the sphincter and the third about 12cm from the sphincter. All valves are cresent shaped and cover about 120 degrees around the circumference of the rectum. Valves are offset from one another by approximately 120 degrees.
